STALLHOLDER OF THE MONTH: OH! SO GOOD FOODS

oh so good

So good, for you!

Oh! So Good Foods is the creation of husband and wife team, David & Simone, who love to create delicious food, that is also super good for you, by using all natural ingredients that are low in sugars, high in protein and gluten free!

Simone and David have travelled and tasted their way around the world and when they returned to their home in the Macedon Ranges felt the calling to combine all their food knowledge and share their own food creations with the rest of humanity.

The view over Hanging Rock, as the seasons change, is a great source of inspiration for Simone and David and at the centre of every delectable recipe is their tireless quest to make their treats truly healthy and utterly delicious.

All products are handmade, bursting with flavour and are focused on being gluten free, dairy free, no added sugar and vegan. As busy, active souls, it’s in their DNA to make food that's free from over processed ingredients. "Nature is the best creator," says David, "so we like to let it shine!"

The next time you're at the Market make sure you try some of their wonderful low sugar, gluten free pruffles. Chocolate lovers will not be able to go past the Chocolate Bliss Pruffles made from an intoxicating fusion of almonds, raw cacao, dates and dairy free dark chocolate, all blended together to make rich, decadent, guilt free, chocky balls of bliss!

Then there's the incredibly flavoursome dukkahs made by the dynamic duo including traditional Egyption style, spiced mild chilli and the brand new pecan and maple dessert dukkah - delicious sprinkled over ice cream or a soft cheese. Wow!

If you're into loads of nutty, fruity goodness, then Oh! So Good's range of mueslis and granolas is for you. With amazing ingredients like macadamias, mango, cashews, cranberry and apples you'll leap out of bed every morning just to have breakfast!

You can taste some of the delicious Oh! So Good Foods at the next Market on 3 August.
